Not at all! That’s what’s great about this service. As long as we have access to enter the yard, you do not need to be home. We will always still send you a text when we are on our way so you are aware.

Safety is one of our top priorities. Not just for you and your dogs but also for our team. If weather conditions are not safe to work in, such as heavy rain, snow or thunder and lightening, we will postpone service to the following day. If we are unable to service your yard the following day we will be back out to service your yard on your next scheduled service date. If we accumulate enough snow that completely covers your yard we will either wait for the snow to melt or reschedule for your next scheduled service date.

Safety is one of our top priorities. We do everything possible to ensure the safety of your pups. We’ll text you the day of the service, take a photo of your closed gate upon completion for our records (you can receive these photos upon request), and disinfect our equipment after each service to prevent cross-contamination.

We make billing simple and hassle-free! Our clients have access to an online portal through Sweep & Go, where they securely store a card or bank account on file after signing up. For convenience, recurring services are billed on the 1st of each month, covering that month’s scheduled scoops—so you never have to worry about missing a clean-up!

We understand that things come up such as; you had to scoop the yard yourself, or you forgot to unlock the gate. Just give us a text message or email us at pooppatrolgo@gmail.com and let us know. We’re always willing to re-schedule.

No, we do not provide arrival times for our waste collection services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes by time segments, in the morning between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. and in the afternoon between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., thus keeping costs down.
